Returns and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority at CoversDirect®. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 1-800-925-8602 to inform us of your problem. You may also click here to fill out an email request for assistance. We will address your concerns on the next available business day.

We want you to have a quality product that suits your needs. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange your non-custom or non-special order product for another, provided that your product is still in first quality condition. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned product. If you need your replacement immediately, you may consider placing a new order. A Return Goods Authorization Number will be issued so that you may return your product.
 
Should any of ADCO's products be found to be defective due to material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, ADCO will repair or replace the product at the manufacturer's discretion. If you feel that you have a warranty or quality problem with an ADCO product, please contact ADCO at 800-541-ADCO

All special orders and custom RV covers are non-returnable and non-refundable (except for warranty issues). If for some reason there is a problem with the quality of your special order or custom RV cover, every effort will be made to modify your product to suit your needs.

CoversDirect® cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.

All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Canceling Your Order or Making Changes to your Order after it is placed we ask that you call us within 24 hours after placing an order to make any changes to your order or to cancel your order. We will try to accommodate your request in all instances where it is possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if we have already processed your order. If your product has already started the production process, we will not be able to process your request for cancellation. If your product has already shipped, you will need to call us after you receive the product at 1-866-818-9901 (toll free) to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number for return or exchange. If at any time a product is listed in error on the webpage, we will make our best effort to have this corrected immediately. Any information is subject to change without prior notice, including pricing, specials offers, and specific details. In the event a product is backordered, or priced incorrectly, we may cancel and refund your order after notifying you of this change. CoversDirect® reserves the right to cancel any order, with refunded payment, prior to shipping. Please note, payment is taken once your order is placed.
