All special orders and custom RV covers are non-returnable and non-refundable (except for warranty issues). If for some reason there is a problem with the quality of your special order or custom RV cover, every effort will be made to modify your product to suit your needs.
Covers Direct cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.
All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Canceling Your Order or Making Changes to your Order after it is placed we ask that you call us within 24 hours after placing an order to make any changes to your order or to cancel your order. We will try to accommodate your request in all instances where it is possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if we have already processed your order. If your product has already started the production process, we will not be able to process your request for cancellation. If your product has already shipped, you will need to call us after you receive the product at 1-866-818-9901 (toll free) to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number for return or exchange.
